    Welcome to Canela Baking Industry, born in New Jersey. We pride ourselves in our 3-in-1, 3” American Custard Pies that are made from our very own recipe, truly unlike anything else in the world. Our pies are available in no less than 20 natural flavors ranging from Apple Cinnamon, to Guava, to Pecan, and New Jersey Cheesecake, which is made with dried Italian cheeses.
