Public Relations & Advertising & Promotions ($233,775): Promote and market the district as a premier destination to shop and conduct business, and as a great place to live, open or expand a business. Support Newark Alliance campaigns. Advertisements, newsletters, articles, website and social media, and CRM program. Planning, sponsorship, or co-sponsorship of numerous events, ethnic, arts, and business oriented festivals and parades including but not limited to: Multicultural Festivals including Day of Portugal celebration, Halloween Parade, Taste of Newark, North 2 Shore and other special events.

Quality of Life and Safe & Clean Program ($767,230): Sidewalk and environmental cleaning services. Graffiti removal, vendor support and monitoring, liaison with Newark Police and Fire Depts., tunnel painting and maintenance, landscaping, sign removal, code violations monitoring support, community safety programming. Operations supervisor and service vehicle.

ADMINISTRATION – $264,495 

Staffing ($164,100): Administrative personnel, support staff, management services.

General Administration ($100,395): Certified accountant, bookkeeper, auditor, legal services, office and computer supplies and equipment, rent, insurances, postage, Internet and telephone services, repairs, fees, dues training, payroll expense and subscriptions.
